I'm Anna Colebourne

I love working with clients in transition as it is so rewarding to be part of someone's journey as they learn more about themselves and transform their lives.​

 

My wealth of experience is rooted in a career in the City working as part of corporate HR Teams and advising business schools, universities, public sector and charities. During my time in the City,  I have worked at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Bank of Ireland and PricewaterhouseCoopers. I have also worked for BPP Law School, University of Essex, Regent's University London and charities such as the British Heart Foundation, CfBT and Family Lives.  I regularly conduct executive coaching and redundancy coaching for the organisations Executive Connexions and Outplacement First as well as running my own coaching practice. I am an executive and careers coach with twenty years experience of working with senior management and leaders to graduates.

 

 Through a range of creative coaching tools and techniques,  I help my clients increase their self awareness and redefine feelings and emotions so they develop better skills to make informed and empowered decisions.  So wherever you are right now, I can help you develop the strength, strategies and self-belief to succeed and design the future you want.

  • 20 Years Careers Coaching Experience and EMCC Senior Practitioner

     I am an Executive Coach accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) with a qualification in careers guidance. I have been working in the careers industry for over 20 years working for corporate companies, business schools, outplacement and careers organization as well as owning my own coaching business. 

  • Strengths Accredited Coach

    My background as a strengths accredited coach means I am uniquely placed to help individuals re-find their motivation, discover what is important to them and identify what they are good at so they become more engaged and productive in their jobs.

  • Firework Coach and Outplacement Coach

     I am a certified Firework career coach, specializing in coaching clients through career transition.  I also work for several careers and outplacement organizations regularly conducting in person and online sessions for individuals and groups. I am very experienced at enabling my clients to build up their confidence and find rewarding and fulfilling jobs.

    Due to my broad based experience working for a number of different organizations and across different levels, I am able to offer tailored, flexible programs that suit your unique background and needs. I can help you navigate the job market quickly and effectively and get the results you want so you can find that rewarding job as soon as possible! .
